Does Pixofix offer a trial?

Absolutely, please upload your images on the Free trial option on pixofix.com. We will get back to you within 24 hours.


What categories of product images do you edit?

We edit all types of categories and their product images: apparel, footwear, jewellery, furniture, homeware, home improvement, automotive, appliance, etc...


ORDER PROCESS

How do I send files to Pixofix?

We accept files and send files to clients as per our clients requirement.

Common methods:

  • Upload and Download using Pixofix platform
  • FTP
  • 3rd Party online drives: Google Drive, Drop-box, WeTransfer etc
  • API

What image file types do I need to submit?

We accept any type of file: JPG, PNG, TIFF, PSD, EPS, RAW/NEF


What image file types do I get back?

We return edited product images in : JPG, PNG, TIFF, PSD


Do I need to pay for image revisions?

Your satisfaction with our service is important to us. We offer Unlimited Revisions for all our clients.


How can Pixofix integrate to my workflow?

Using REST API all the features available on Pixofix platform can be integrated to your workflow.

PRICING & PAYMENT

How much does it cost?

Image editing costing is based on the complexity of the images. We calculate the costing based on the time required for our expert designers to complete the task. We offer discounts for bulk orders.

Is there any minimum order requirement?

No, we don't believe in enforcing any limits. You may need 10 images today and 100 next week, our service is completely flexible to your requirements.


How do I pay?

We offer multiple payment options.

For our ‘Pay As You Go’ clients our platform offers online payment. All major cards are accepted.

For our Member and Enterprise clients, we offer monthly billing option. Payments can be made through wire transfer or credit card.


Are payments secure?

Payments are processed using Stripe. Industry standard encryption is used to make sure your details never end up in the wrong hands.


Can I cancel at any time?

Yes – you can cancel your subscription at any time. Your subscription will remain active until the end of your billing period and your account will be automatically deactivated after that.


PRIVACY

Will Pixofix use my images?

Your images belong exclusively to you. We respect our clients confidentiality and under no circumstances our clients pictures are used.


How secure is my data with Pixofix?

We invested in state of the art secure systems and facilities to make sure your data is safe with us.

Your data security is our utmost priority.
