Pixofix is a visual production company specialising in AI-generated product imagery for fashion and e-commerce brands. We are established and operate within the European Union, and are therefore subject to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable Greek data protection law.
For the purposes of data protection law, Pixofix acts as the data controller for personal data collected through our website and business operations.

•HubSpot – CRM platform used to store and manage contact and lead information
•Clay – Data enrichment platform used for lead research and qualification

•AI image generation infrastructure – Product images you submit are processed through our AI pipeline to produce visual output; these are not shared with third parties for any purpose other than service delivery
We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We do not share your data with advertisers.
Where third-party providers are based outside the European Economic Area (EEA), we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place, such as EU Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs), before transferring your data.
Data Retention
We retain personal data only for as long as necessary for the purposes described in this policy, unless a longer retention period is required by law.
•Lead and prospect data: retained for up to 3 years from the last contact, or until you request deletion
•Client data: retained for the duration of our contract and for up to 7 years thereafter to comply with tax and accounting obligations
•Product images and brand assets: retained only for the duration of the project, after which they are securely deleted unless you request otherwise in writing
•Website analytics data: retained in accordance with Google Analytics default settings (typically 14 months)
